How Productivity & Reconciliation Work
Mandays = (Workers × Hours Worked) ÷ 8 (standard shift). Output per Manday = Quantity Completed ÷ Mandays.
Productivity Index = (Output per Manday ÷ Benchmark) × 100%. Entries at or above 100% are marked Good,
80–99% Average, and below the alert threshold Low (flagged for review).
Manpower Reconciliation compares the total labor count entered for a Date/Project/Shift (under Manpower & Projects)
against the sum of workers allocated to activity logs for that same Date/Project/Shift. A mismatch is shown as an
informational badge only — it never blocks or interrupts saving an entry.
Dates cannot be set in the future anywhere in this app.
